A short sprint, one to four weeks, that takes your chosen AI opportunity from vision to a plan your team owns. You leave with a shared definition of success, the assumptions and risks, milestones with a timeline, and a clear communications rhythm.

I partner with you as the executive responsible for results. Advising you, guiding your business and technical leaders, and joining your team's steering rhythm until the plan is realized.

About my thinking

Technology judgment, now applied to AI.

An author-operator, not an AI personality.

Judgment built on over 500 projects across more than 250 businesses: I’ve seen what works, and what doesn’t.

Through all of it, my work has been the same: take a messy part of a business, give it structure, and put technology to work on it. AI is the newest tool for that, and it depends on the same discipline: fix the process first, test in small steps, and bring people with you.

Experience you can put to work, judgment ready for AI

  • Began in transit scheduling software, with early neural-network experiments a decade before the data existed to make them work.
  • Built a mapping solution more than 15 years before Google Maps.
  • Led a large product development team, then ran IT and business operations at a global 3D graphics leader and led major client projects for Fortune 500 companies.
  • As VP Services and Support at an enterprise software company, led a team of 150 to 30% growth in Services revenue within 12 months.
  • Founded primeFusion to advise business leaders on technology.
  • Wrote four books and a weekly CEO newsletter for over five years, read by over 500 leaders.
  • Today, I apply that judgment to AI through the AI Leverage Diagnostic.
